SUMMARY
We are looking for apart-time Private Chef in Encinitas that can support a family of five to six with consistent, nutritious weekday dinners. The schedule runs Monday through Thursday in the late afternoons and evenings, with optional Fridays.
The family is not seeking formal or elaborate plating, but a reliable home chef who values flavor, nutrition, and consistency, and who can learn their preferences, rotate family favorites, and introduce healthy dishes.
Responsibilities include dinner preparation, weekly menu planning, grocery shopping and inventory management, and maintaining a spotless, zero-footprint kitchen after each service.
The ideal candidate has at least three (3) years of private-home experience, follows a strict clean-as-you-go philosophy, is receptive to feedback, and operates with professionalism, organization, and reliability.
