SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the care and daily needs of a 16-year-old teenager, while also managing broader household responsibilities. This role includes driving to school and activities, meal preparation, medication oversight, and general care.


In your Personal Assistant duties, you’ll manage household schedules, appointments, and errands, keeping the home running smoothly. You’ll also assist with organizing the home, handling administrative tasks, and providing support with projects as needed.


This individual must be capable of stepping into a lead role when the mother is traveling, including occasional weekend and live-in support. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a dynamic household environment with professionalism and care.


PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Provide day-to-day care and supervision of a 16-year-old, including transportation, meals, and routine tasks.

  • Manage family and staff schedules.

  • Run errands, grocery shop, and maintain household inventory.

  • Oversee household organization and cleanliness.

  • Supervise and coordinate household staff.

  • Assist with pet care, travel planning, and event coordination as needed.

  • Act as primary caregiver when the mother is away, including weekends and overnights.

  • Light housekeeping.

  • Managing all communications between tutors, coaches, teachers and the family.

  • Good organizational skills to maintain closet systems, and toiletries.

  • Liaise with children’s schools, track and report to parents on school progress.

  • Able to prepare fresh and healthy snacks.

  • Highly organized, detailed oriented, proactive, excellent time management skills, and service minded.

  • Experienced with administrative and personal assistant duties

  • Attentive to Principals' preferences and style. Can take direction and accept feedback.

  • Active, fit and non-smoker.
