Location: La Jolla, CA, USA (Domestic & International Travel Required)
Type: Full-Time, Live-Out
Accommodation: Live-out (with required live-in availability during scheduled overnight shifts)
Schedule: Full-Time, 5-day work week with flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, overnights, and frequent travel.
Compensation: Salary DOE + Benefits (100% medical healthcare coverage for employee; Generous PTO)
Family: Mother, Father, two boys (ages 10 & 15)
Pets: Two (2) large dogs.

SUMMARY
A professional, highly experienced, dynamic career nanny/manny is sought to support a family of four with a demanding lifestyle and frequent domestic and international travel. The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, organized, emotionally intelligent, and excels in fast-paced UHNW, entertainment, or sports-oriented households.
This individual will work in close partnership with a Lead Nanny and other household staff, providing full-charge childcare, structure, routine, and values-based guidance for two boys. Experience working within high-profile or media-exposed environments is required. Must love dogs — the family has two large dogs.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of consistent and recent Nanny experience in a private home setting.
Teaching and tutoring experience preferred. A background in Education is a plus.
Background supporting families in sports or entertainment sectors.
Strong experience working with pre-teens and teens.
Experience with travelling with an employer is important.
Outstanding references from current and previous professional positions. References will be verified.
Seeking longevity
Teaching/tutoring experience or an educational background strongly preferred.
Child development certifications (Norland, MNT, CACHE, RIE) highly desirable.
Superb command of the English language, both written and oral, is required. Speaking Spanish is a plus.
Understands that the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion are required.
Proven ability to work in structured team environments and take direction from a Lead Nanny.
Ability to complete extensive background checks, motor vehicle checks, and credit checks.
Driver's license and clean driving record.
CPR and First Aid certification
Legal to work in the United States.

WORK SCHEDULE
This is a 5-day work week. Schedules can be arranged as overnights, weekends and may include domestic/international travel. Schedules are planned monthly. Schedules are prepared at the discretion of the Principal and subject to change.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle morning and/or evening shifts with a typical schedule of 30-50 hours per week.
Assist with school homework, projects, after-school activities, and weekend activities (as scheduled)
Basic meal prep and cooking for kids
Responsible for children’s rooms (tidying and organizing toys, books, and clothing)
Research stimulating daily/weekly/weekend activities for the kids (local and during travel)
Grocery shopping for the household
Responsible for children’s laundry
Must be available to live-in at the family home during work shifts (these will be scheduled shifts)
Must possess a valid Driver’s License and Passport and able to travel (domestic and International.
