SUMMARY

A wonderful family of four (4) with residences in Nashville and Los Angeles is seeking a flexible and adaptable full-time live-in nanny to care for their two (2) children (7-month old and 3-year old).

This position is ideal for an experienced nanny who thrives in a dynamic environment. The family maintains an active lifestyle with multiple residences and enjoys the flexibility that comes with their success. They make decisions quickly and appreciate spontaneity, which means the right candidate must be exceptionally adaptable and comfortable with changing plans and travel schedules.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience, particularly with infants and toddlers, and must be genuinely excited about traveling with the family between their various homes. We’re looking for someone who sees frequent travel and schedule changes as an adventure rather than a challenge.

Important: This role requires someone who can adapt quickly to changing circumstances, last-minute travel, and evolving family needs.

We’re seeking a mature, independent professional who embraces flexibility and finds fulfillment in a varied, travel-rich lifestyle.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Knowledge of all aspects of infant care(feeding, holding, understanding if in medical danger or is sick, sleep schedules, etc.)

  • Engage with the toddler with play-based learning and educational activities.

  • Light housekeeping related to the child’s care.

  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling activities.

  • Collaborate with parents to support developmental milestones.

  • Research and recommend age-appropriate local activities, register for them, and accompany the child.

  • Transport the child to playdates, outings, and classes.

  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, developing sanitation schedules for toys and surfaces.

  • Teach etiquette and manners.

  • Prepare fresh, healthy snacks.

  • Foster the child's independence and self-motivation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Create a safe environment but also instill a connection with children and be intuitive to their needs.

  • Child and infant CPR certification

  • Trust line verified

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent time management skills.

  • Comfortable with administrative and personal assistant tasks is a plus.

  • Attentive to family preferences and able to accept feedback.

  • Active, healthy, non-smoker, and professionally groomed.
