SUMMARY Seeking (1) full-time, live-out seasoned housekeeper with experience working with high-profile clients (celebrity and entertainment past affiliations preferred). Experienced in the care and upkeep of high-end furniture and various materials (fine woods, stones, metals, upholstery, silk rugs, curtains, windows, glass and concrete floor care). Wardrobe care and organization is required. The family conducts meeting and filming from home so discretion and professionalism is key.
FAMILY DYNAMIC Active household -- family of six (husband, wife and 3 boys (Ages 5, 10 & 15) & 1 large male dog (Cane Corso). Extended family relatives are known to often stay at the home throughout the year during visits. Home is staffed with 1 House Manager and 2 live-in nannies).
DUTIES
Perform daily routine cleaning duties throughout entire home interior and exterior areas (pool & spa decks)
Maintain all floors/carpets/rugs (sweep, scrub, vacuum, mop & polish)
Maintain furniture & upholstery
Maintain bedrooms, bathrooms & common areas
Wash dishes & appliances
Load/unload dishwashers
Maintain clothing (laundry & dry cleaning) of principals & family members
Keep home edited of debris & clutter – home should be set & staged always for guests & entertaining
Scheduled deep cleanings of interior household (upholstery, appliances and fixtures) as required during family travels.
Assist during luncheons, dinner parties & private events.
REQUIREMENTS
Housekeeping experience in high-profile, multi-million dollar private residences or 5-Star luxury hotels
A dynamic and flexible candidate with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Wardrobe experience a plus
Strong knowledge of eco-friendly, organic & all-natural cleaning products & cleaning methods
Experience in the care of high-end furniture, carpets & rugs, stone, marble, metals & wood materials
Formal dining experience
Strong laundress experience
A liking for families with young children and the ability to relate in a patient and professional manner
A positive attitude and commitment to high standards of house keeping while maintaining the needs and wishes of the residents
Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize work schedules
Good communication skills
The ability to work as part of a team and to promote harmonious working relationships
Must live local and be able to commute.
Flexibility is required to work weekends/evenings when needed for the purpose of hosting guests and various private events.
